· Ticket does \*NOT\* include Skate Rental.
· Skates & safety gear are available to rent \*\*first come, first served\*\*
· All sales are final. No refunds.
· You must sign the Xanadu waiver in advance here: https://shorturl.at/AJbHn
· Valid Government ID required for entry. Photos of IDs are not accepted
· Gum, outside food and drink is not allowed.
· All bags are subject to search at the venue entrance.
· Xanadu is wheelchair accessible and includes entry ramps and ADA bathrooms. Write to [email protected] if you require extra assistance.
· Xanadu is an inclusive, safe space. We do not tolerate harassment, aggression, racism, bigotry, or hatred of any kind.

Together we will create a skate experience that is fun and safe for everyone on the rink!

· Our Skate Guards are always here to help! Please alert them to any hazards or unsafe behavior on the rink so that they can help.
· Rink capacity fluctuates throughout each session- if you are ever feeling overwhelmed, take a quick break and get back into the flow when you’re ready.
