Join us this Sunday for a FREE event where we practice mindfulness through community and reset for the week ahead. Our self-care circle features a shared reading of “A Return to Love” by Marianne Williamson, along with a live sound bowl session, art activity, mini yoga flow, and affirmation meditation. Connect with other growth-minded women along their self care journey , set your goals, and embrace the week with inspiration and support.
