Join us for a quiet moment of stillness in community.Sunday Sit is a free monthly meditation gathering held on the third Sunday of each month at 11:30am. This practice offers a simple opportunity to pause, settle your nervous system, and spend a little time in quiet awareness alongside others.
Each month, a different Soul Nectar teacher will guide the meditation, allowing you to experience a variety of approaches and styles while deepening your relationship with stillness.
Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this is a welcoming space to simply come as you are.
Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is sit together in silence.
