Welcome to Sunday Sip & Flow! Join Shylie (RYT-500) every third Sunday of the month for a relaxing morning of yoga and coffee at Pull Through Coffee Bar (attached to Dallas Bike Works). Start your Sunday off right with an hour long all-levels friendly yoga session fueled by delicious coffee. This in-person event is the perfect way to find mindful movement and recharge for the week ahead. Please bring your own mat if you have one.
