Spotykamy się o 13:00 w okolicach Mostu Grunwaldzkiego — rozgrzewka startuje o 13:10, a potem ruszamy razem w mniejszych lub większych grupach.
Biegniemy około 4 km wzdłuż Odry i Oławy, przez piękny park.
Jeśli masz ochotę — możesz zwolnić albo zatrzymać się po drodze.
Kończymy w barze — przy drinku, rozmowach i swobodnej atmosferze.

You don’t have to be an athlete — just put your running shoes on and be open to meeting someone great.
The plan:
We meet at 13:00 near Most Grunwaldzki — warm-up starts at 13:10, then we head out together in smaller or bigger groups.
We’ll run around 4 km along the Oder and Oława rivers, through a beautiful park.
If you feel like it, you can slow down or stop along the way.
We finish at a beach bar with a refreshing drink — time to relax, talk, and actually get to know each other. No rush, just a good atmosphere and the right people around you. Get your ticket and come! Just a run everyones single!
