We are excited to announce Tereza Root as our guest speaker this evening. “Tereza is an Intuitive Trauma-informed Life Coach who works with clients via spiritual channeling and human embodied experience, to help them discover and come home to their bodies, learn their nervous systems and stuck emotions and how to be with them and move through them to connect back to their inner child so they can move forward in life in the ways they individually want to.
Tereza is an old soul and an intuitive who experienced childhood trauma and in her own healing journey she discovered wisdoms and deep knowings that the answers we seek outwardly are within us.
Tereza is very passionate about the wisdoms she shares and wants people to know and remember that they are their own key and she is here to share some of those wisdoms with you today in hopes to inspire you in your own journey.
We will have our guided meditation and healing circle too 💫
