Sunday Serenity with Krystal: Gentle Flow Yoga at the Gallery Sundays, 4 - 5 p.m.

Join us for a peaceful Sunday afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection in the shaded courtyard at The Marshall Muse Gallery. This gentle flow yoga class is designed to help you slow down, reset, and ease into the workweek ahead.
Surrounded by fresh air, we’ll move through a grounding and accessible flow focused on serenity, mindfulness, and ease, welcoming all levels and experiences. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers space to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with yourself.
Before class, guests are invited to stroll through the gallery for some creative inspiration. Your class registration also includes one signature Muse sangria or kombucha to enjoy after practice. Feel free to bring a journal and linger a little longer. Sketch, reflect, meditate, or simply soak in the inspiring atmosphere.
