Sunday Savasana class combines gentle & deep relaxation with energy healing. Class will include a warm up of slow & gentle movement to allow your body to release any tension or stress, breathwork & a short-guided meditation to begin your extended time in savasana (corpse pose) & soft music/light drumming. You’ll be guided to fully relax your body & mind allowing you to settle into stillness. While in savasana hands-on Reiki will be shared by placing hands lightly over or above different parts of the body to facilitate energy flow. By the end of class you will feel refreshed balanced more connected to a sense of inner peace & ready for your upcoming week. Sunday Savasana is beneficial for anyone looking to recharge manage stress or enhance mental clarity. No yoga experience necessary.
