Satsang means "the company of truth" and in true bhakti style our Sunday Satsang will be anchored by a joyful heart-opening Kirtan (call and response chanting) led by LOVES TRIANGLE

10:30 We gather for GUIDED MEDITATION / or if you prefer, or arrive late, independent QUIET contemplation in the garden
11:00 Resident musician Jean-Marc Lacoursiere will guide us through some vocal exercises to warm up our voice, and open our throat chakras.
11:30 LOVES TRIANGLE will lead us in call and response chanting of various traditions
1:00 apx. you're personal lunch selection will be served from TheGoodFoodEmporium.ca food truck
All are welcome to remain, connect, relax, enjoy and play in the garden.. badminton, darts, relaxing swings, jamming, hatha yoga, hula hooping...whatever your heart desires and whatever you have brought along to do...
