About this Event
Join us for an intentional Sunday afternoon/evening where yoga practitioners of all experience are invited to come together in shared space for self-guided practice. This offering creates room for you to move, breathe, rest, meditate, or simply be as you are inspired, supported by the quiet presence of other practitioners. A Lighthouse teacher available for guidance, if needed.
This is NOT a led group class. It is a container for exploration and listening inward of your own body. You are welcome to flow dynamically, practice slowly, sit in meditation, or rest. The intention is to honor your body, energy, and needs exactly as they are. The teacher will be present to offer support, answer questions, or provide gentle suggestions, while allowing you to explore your yoga practice on your own.
This space is intentionally accessible to everyone, from brand-new students to seasoned practitioners.
Practicing in sangha (community) reminds us that while yoga is deeply personal, we do not walk the path alone. Moving and breathing alongside others can be grounding, inspiring, and healing, while still honoring autonomy, boundaries, and self-trust.
The first hour will be individual self-practice followed by a closing practice of mantra, meditation, and group sharing together.
This offering takes place the last Sunday of every month.
️ Time may fluctuate depending on the teacher, so please check the monthly schedule.
Come as you are. Practice as you need. Leave feeling connected, supported, and inspired. See you on the mat!
