A slower Sunday session designed to help you unwind, release tension, and gently reset for the week ahead.
This class combines a small amount of gentle movement with longer restorative poses supported by props, allowing the body to fully relax and the nervous system to slow down.
We focus on breath, soft stretching, and giving the body time to settle, making this class especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep rest.
No previous yoga experience is needed — the practice is accessible to everyone and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and recharged for the week ahead.
