The Structure

Each 60 minute block includes:

• 50 minutes of silent deep work(no calls, no conversations)
• 10 minute break (stretch, refill, and make all the noise you want)

The Rules

1. Be on time

If you arrive after the first sprint begins at 11:10 AM, you’ll need to wait until the 12:00 PM break to enter. Don't forget your headphones!

2. Respect silent time

Don't forget your headphones! Calls and conversations need to be had outside of the room, or during Break time. If you cause disruption, you will be asked to leave.
