Start your Sunday by slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and setting the tone for the week ahead.
Sunday Reset Club is an intimate Pilates gathering designed to help you build strength, release tension, and reset both physically and mentally.
The session begins with a 45-minute Pilates class focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. We’ll then move into a guided stretch to help the body unwind, followed by a 15-minute journaling and reflection moment to pause, check in with yourself, and set an intention for the week ahead.
After the session, there will be a few minutes to relax, connect, and chat before heading into the rest of your Sunday.
This is a small group experience, intentionally limited to keep the class personal and welcoming.
