Join us for an hour of soft, candlelit yin yoga designed to:

• reduce stress
• soothe the nervous system

Through long held poses, you’ll settle into a cosy, restful space perfect some self care on a Sunday evening. Leaving feeling grounded, restored, and ready to step into the week with calm and clarity.

To preserve the relaxing nature of this class, we keep the group small so places are limited.
