Join us every Sunday at 5pm in Bondi to close out your week and reset for the one ahead.
60 minutes of mindfulness-based breathwork—calming breath patterns, intentional holds, and a guided meditation to finish. No fluff, no performance pressure. Just you, your nervous system, and an hour to actually land back in your body.
Perfect if you're running hot all week and need a proper circuit breaker before Monday rolls around again.

This is a gentle yet powerful guided breathwork experience. Ideal for first-timers, busy parents, professionals, or anyone wanting to start their day grounded and clear.
This is a science-informed breathwork session designed to optimise performance, accelerate recovery and regulate the nervous system.
Using energising music, structured breath patterns and progressive breath holds, we improve lung capacity and increase CO2 tolerance - strengthening both physiological and mental resilience.
The experience blends mindfulness with performance training and concludes with a guided meditation to integrate the work and leave you centred and inspired.
What to Bring
✨Warm, comfortable clothing - body temperature can drop during breathwork
✨ A blanket, jacket or eye mask (optional but recommended for comfort)
✨ A water bottle
✨ A yoga mat, a cushion (optional for comfort)
