Sunday Reset: 60 Min Sound Bath

Modern life is overwhelming and the unrelenting pace of “hustle culture” impacts our physical and mental well-being. Give yourself a moment to pause and recalibrate before the start of a new week with a 60-minute sound bath that offers space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and restore energy.

The session begins with a short guided meditation to help take you into a deeper state of relaxation, followed by an immersion of sound that features various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As the sound moves through you, it helps create a sense of steadiness and inner grounding, so you can meet the rest of the week feeling more centered. Meditation experience is not required to participate in a sound bath.

This sound bath is ideal if you’re seeking:

• A gentle experience held in a safe and supportive space

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be at your most comfortable. Sanitized eye covers will be provided.
