OPEN GYM--> what is it?Self-Directed Training:
Open gym is designed for individuals who have a good understanding of their fitness routine and can work independently.
Equipment Access:
Participants have access to all the studio's equipment
No Instructor:
Unlike classes with an instructor, open gym sessions are not led or supervised by a coach. There will be a Virtual Coach via text available if you have questions, but no structured coaching.
Flexible Schedule:
Open gym provides a flexible time slot on Saturdays for individuals to fit in their workout when it suits them.
Potential for Community:
While not a structured class, open gym can still foster a sense of community as people work out alongside each other.
