What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is an ancient healing practice that uses the power of sound to induce a state of deep relaxation. Allow yourself to be immersed in the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonious instruments. The vibrations produced by these instruments work to clear blockages and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
