Come and join us for a deeply relaxing evening, surrounded by crystals, aromatherapy creams. We will start with all playing the Crystal Bowls with a meditation followed by a Sound Journey playing our planet Gongs, chimes, pipes, bowls... Angel Cards, Crystals.....
Cosy Corner Yoga Studio is a Small and Friendly Studio, a safe space where you can come to relax, unwind, and just let go… An opportunity for self-healing, self love, self care, and Connection for restoration of mind, body, and soul. A place to re charge, away from our busy worlds. A chance to relax and escape.
Every session is a unique experience, and different Gongs selected depending on astronomy for the current time...
We start with Relaxing the body and quietening the mind, with a mindfulness meditation or yoga nidra. Then the Sound healing Gongs, a few grounding sounds to bring you back to Earth, with herbal teas too...
An hours Sound Journey is equivalent to 4 hours sleep on the physical body. We all need rest and a break to avoid burn out.
I always try my best to help you be in the present moment, in a blissful state of relaxation, recharged, refreshed in a positive light and way...
Cosy Corner has a variety of Planet Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, drums, koshis, chimes etc all of which work on healing the body, brain waves, the nervous system, and body chemistry, with positive profound results.
The sounds and vibrations that are created in these sessions stimulate the body to recreate its own harmonic frequency and help produce the alpha waves that are present within our brains whilst in a state of deep relaxation. All you need to do is come along, lay down, and relax, as I guide you along a deeply meditative journey.
These sessions can help with issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, digestion, chakra realignment and energy flow. They also create a perfect opportunity to set new intentions especially around New Moons release any burdens that you no longer serve you.
The average Human being consists of approximately 60 – 70% water. Water serves to conduct sound waves. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Once the session ends, it is common for attendees to feel very relaxed and then enjoy a lovely deep sleep that night, followed by a feeling of refreshment once you awaken the next day.
Come along and enjoy a warm welcome in our small and friendly studio, star gazing on clear nights as you lay and be relaxed, bathed in healing soundwaves and treat yourself to some well-deserved 'you time'. When we quiet the mind....amazing things can start to happen.
