About this Event
Sunday Morning Yoga at tranquil settings of The Leaside Trust in Hackney. This is an ‘all-levels’ vinyasa yoga class 11-12am. The class includes some breath practices, mindfulness, and meditation. No experience is required, and students just need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.
Classes are small and held in our newly renovated ground floor hall. This specially insulated studio space has stunning waterfront views and enjoys the stillness of both Springfield Park and Walthamstow Marshes. Students can expect to leave renewed and refreshed.
Class is £10PP and cash is preferred.
Paypal is an option on the day but please arrive earlier.
