Sunday Morning Tea Ceremony in Somerville

Tea ceremony is a beautiful ritual that helps us connect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Coming to a tea ceremony, you get to arrive as you are. There is no agenda, nothing to attain, nothing to 'do' or make 'better.' In the stillness, you get to lean into full presence with yourself and connect with the truth of your heart.

There will be a short introduction before we share around 3-5 bowls of tea (organic camellia sinensis) in meditative silence, surrounded by the natural beauty of the park. There will be some time for sharing and connection at the end. It will be a small, intimate space of about 4-6 people.

There is no need to bring anything but yourself.
