What does a sound bath do for you?
Sound healing works on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
As we are made up of approx 70% water, which is a great conductor of sound, the vibration of the bowls literally move our cells around within the body.
This may help with relaxation, release of stress & tension, potential reduction in pain & inflammation.
Who is it not suitable for?
Women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people diagnosed with epilepsy, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Some mental health conditions ( please enquire)
What to bring:
Yoga mat, or something comfy to lie on , blankets, pillow, water bottle, journal & pen.
