With the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion, the space becomes calm and grounding, helping you to fully relax and ease into a quieter pace.
A peaceful hour just for you, to pause, reset and begin your day feeling more balanced and refreshed.
🧺 What to bring
Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable this might be a yoga mat, blanket, cushions or a chair. Warm layers are always a good idea so you can fully relax 🤍
