Sunday Morning New Moon Gong Bath and Cacao Ceremony

Join us at Earthtones for a gentle and heart-opening Sunday morning ceremony, combining the sacred medicine of cacao with the deep vibrations of the gong.

The new moon is a powerful time for fresh starts, setting intentions, and planting seeds for the cycle ahead. Together, we will share a cup of Keith’s ceremonial cacao to awaken the heart, before journeying into a deeply restorative gong bath. The healing sound waves will help you release old energy, clear the mind, and invite clarity as you align with the lunar cycle.

This nourishing morning includes:

~ Guided intention setting to honour the new moon

~ Ceremonial cacao to open the heart and deepen connection

~ A 60 minute gong bath to restore balance and calm

~ Gentle integration time with oracle cards and journalling for reflection and (optional) sharing

Come as you are — all are welcome. A mat, blanket and cushion are provided for you; please bring water, journal if you wish to write down your reflections, and an offering for the altar (a flower, fruit, or something else from nature, or anything else you would like to place there). You are also welcome to bring your favourite mug for our cacao ceremony.
