About this Event
We welcome all to join us for Sunday meditation practice and dharma discussion! Currently we offer in person meditation sessions on the first and third Sundays of every month. Come when you can, stay for the whole morning, or leave when you need to.
Meditation instruction will be available for beginners, or anyone requesting support for their practice. Please come at 10:00 if you wish to receive instruction.
Sitting and walking meditation from 10 to 11 am, then dharma discussion, questions welcome.
Masking and social distancing is strongly recommended.
This event is free but donations are always appreciated. Even small donations are critical to keeping the Center's activities going.
