Sunday Lunch returns with a menu inspired by Italy’s regional traditions — prepared by Chef Maria Summa and served the way it has always been done: together.
This edition brings together dishes from across Italy in a format that reflects the vision of Apulia Gastronomia.

Antipasto
Caponata siciliana - Sicilian eggplant caponata, agrodolce vegetables, toasted pine nuts, basil
Primo
Gnocchi al ragù di anatra - housemade gnocchi, slow-braised duck ragù, soffritto, Parmigiano Reggiano
Secondo
Peposo dell’Impruneta - Tuscan black pepper beef stew, red wine, garlic
Contorno
Mix di verdure arrosto - seasonal roasted vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt
Dolce & Caffè
Crema di mascarpone alla Barozzi - mascarpone cream, traditional Barozzi cake crumble Coffee offered at the end.
Housemade Pugliese bread served throughout.
Wine
Wine is available separately.
A single Italian red will be offered by the glass.
