Welcome to Heavens Valley Work Days for volunteers!
Come join us at The Heavens Valley in Stroud for an enjoyable day of giving back to the community. We need your help to maintain the Heavens Valley. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to lending a hand, we welcome all with open arms!
Don't worry if you're not experienced - our team will guide you every step of the way. All you need is your enthusiasm and willingness to help out.
You need to have stout boots, practical clothing and rain gear, be able to do physical work using tools provided, and bring your own lunch and drinks / water. We will provide tea and coffee so let us know if you have any dietary requirements. There will be breaks for lunch and rest stops. Any time is appreciated but please let us know if you can only come for a shorter time.
Your group leader will be Mollie Harper, who is an experienced ranger.
Parking is limited - If you can walk in please do. If not then please street park respectfully.
Meet at 9.45 for 10am start. We'll be working in the main valley so we'll meet near the steam/rope swing. Roughly What3words ///toddler.allows.profited. We'll make ourselves as visible as possible.
