Degario “Double D” Turner is a standout comedian known for transforming everyday situations into gut-busting laughter. With a unique origin story—his stutter inspired the name “Double D,” yet on stage he drops the stutter and delivers seamless comedy—he brings warmth, authenticity, and a dynamic stage presence.
Hailing from Sparta, Georgia and later making his mark in Atlanta, Double D has opened for major comedy legends such as John Witherspoon, Sommore, Mike Epps, and more. He made his television debut on Comic View in 2000 and has since headlined tours and international shows, establishing himself as both a writer and performer with broad appeal.
