The Heavy Rescue Band is a Rhode Island based band that formed in the mid 1990's. In the beginning, members started jamming at the fire house during their down time. As time went on more and more members joined the sessions. The early influences were Blues and R&B. The repertoire soon expanded to include classic and contemporary rock, dance and funk.
