In France, it might be a rich, slow-simmered Boeuf Bourguignon, its aroma filling the room with warmth and comfort. Or Chicken Cordon Bleu, crisp and golden, hiding a melting heart of ham and cheese. Delicate tarts, silky soups, pillowy pomme purée — each dish a nod to heritage, technique, and the joy of sharing good food around the table.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• A family-style experience featuring 12 unique dishes (menu in photos), all served to share and pass around, just like at a family dinner.

Info: Guests are welcomed and guided to our private Kitchen Studio on the second floor. Settle in, select your seat, and enjoy a welcome drink of your choice. Mingle with fellow guests and catch a glimpse of Chef Romain putting the finishing touches on the dishes in our open-concept kitchen before we gather at the table to enjoy the meal together.
