As the day draws to a close, this is a gentle invitation to slow down and settle into the evening.Join us on Sunday 12th April at 6:00pm at Aylsham Town Hall for a deeply relaxing sound bath.
A calm hour to lie down, get comfortable and allow the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion to help the body soften and the mind become still.
This is a simple, welcoming space to rest and unwind at the end of the weekend.
No experience is needed — just come as you are.

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A warm blanket
• Cosy layers for comfort
