March brings a sense of awakening. The days grow longer, light stretches further into the evenings, and nature begins her gradual unfurling. It is a month of balance — the equinox approaches, where day and night stand in equal measure — and a time of renewal, fresh energy, and possibility.
This sound bath will invite you into that seasonal rhythm. We’ll begin with grounding and breath, arriving gently before moving into a deeply immersive sound journey with crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments. The frequencies support release and restoration, allowing space for your body and mind to settle while the energy of the season stirs what is ready to grow.
March reminds us of resilience and hope: what has rested quietly in the dark is now ready to reach toward the light. Within the soundscape, you may find clarity, ease, and a renewed connection to your own inner growth.
Bring along whatever helps you feel most comfortable — mat, blankets, cushions, cosy layers — and allow yourself to be held in the resonance of the evening.
