Adam’s Breathe and Restore session blends ancient wisdom with modern energetic alignment to awaken the body’s natural healing. Gentle pranayama and long held postures guide you into a deep relaxed state and offer balance and full-system restoration for the week ahead.
Adam found yoga at 42, at a time when he truly needed it. What began as a way to heal major injuries from years of extreme sports has evolved into a daily practice of strength, resilience, and deep self-awareness. Over time, he has developed a personal healing modality with ongoing check-ins to support health, vitality, and a deep understanding of the body's function and systems.
His personal practice includes Flow, Baptiste, Traditional Hot, Kundalini, Restorative, and Yin Yoga—each exploring the relationship between movement, stillness, and breath. In 2025, He reinvigorated my practice through a deep dive into Kundalini and Kriya Yoga, honoring ancient teachings while exploring energy, mantra, and meditation.
As a teacher, he blends discipline and play, offering grounding yet expansive classes that use breath and movement to connect the physical and energetic bodies, guiding students toward balance, presence, and transformation. He has completed my 200-hour and 50-hour Traditional Hot training with Breathe in 2023 and is currently pursuing a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga training in 2025.
His passion for growth and continued learning keeps his teaching and practice constantly evolving.
