Please bring drums or any percussion instruments if you have them!
If you do not have drums, we should have plenty, come anyways for the free vibes, connection and hugs!
There will be plenty of chairs to sit on, if not bring a yoga mat just in case.
Feel free to bring food, snacks and drinks, as well. Let's make it a pot luck.
