Sunday Dinner: How Do We Love Now? A Conversation with Black men

This plenary is a part of the Journey to Black Liberation symposium:

The Black Daddies Club’s Sunday Dinners create a therapeutic and inclusive space for Black men (cis, trans, LGBTQ+, disabled, and more) to connect, share experiences, and explore mental health through dialogue, food, and community.

This Sunday Dinner centers the conversation “How Do We Love , If We Were Never Taught?”, bringing Black men together to reflect on relearning love for ourselves and for the next generation. The topic emerged directly from participant surveys, ensuring the dialogue reflects the real questions, needs, and experiences of Black men in the community.
