Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to your Rört membership and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. Touch is essential for humans - This is how we connect, heal, and bond. With safe touch we can heal even the oldest, deepest trauma.
In this Sunday Deep we we will explore touch and massage in a safe, playful and experiential atmosphere.. We'll learn both to go with the flow and improvise massage AND we'll learn how to finetune your massage techniques and focus on certain body parts
You are welcome to wish for things to learn, ask questions or try out new things in these master classes. Each time we will have set aside time at the end for a real session to try out the things we've worked on.
No experience is required to join. You can join these classes both alone or with a partner (both people need to buy a ticket/sign up individually, it is not possible to sign up more than one person at a time).
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Mads Ananda Lodahl is a holistic bodyworker, trained in Thai massage, Swedish massage, MindBody Therapy and more. He has been working primarily with queer and trans clients for the last five years and has been giving all kinds of workshops for more than 15 years. He promises to do his best to create a safe, fun, and curious atmosphere and he enjoys teaching divers groups of people where everyone feels seen and welcome.
