Sunday Cruise is an alternative indie pop band from Chicago, Illinois. They draw inspiration from genres ranging from punk to ska to pop to create their unique sound. The band is made up of singer/guitarist Zoe Garcia, guitarist Camdden Kiefer, drummer Levi Hansen and bassist Cassidy McGill.
SHRIMP OLYMPICS
Shrimp Olympics began as the home recording project of Austin Lombardo, and has since expanded into a 5 piece band, featuring Lombardo (guitar, vocals), Teagan DeVoe (violin, vocals), Mat Roberts (keyboard, percussion), Alex Graves (bass), and Stone Thompson (drums).
The early Shrimps tapes followed in the tradition of home taping popsters such as R Stevie Moore, Daniel Johnston and Ween. Shrimp Olympics music often makes quick jumps between genres including psychedelic pop, country rock, jazz, noise experiments, progressive rock, baroque pop, etc.
