This month, we will hear from Sarah Le Blanc, founder of the Sheffield Women's Leadership Circle. The Circle is a group for women and nonbinary people in Sheffield to come together to gain new skills, get peer support, and grow their confidence to become more effective leaders – whether at work or in their communities.
Sarah career sits at the intersection of digital transformation, project delivery, and community leadership. She has worked in the NHS, the public sector more widely and in the charity sector. She is currently undertaking an MSc in Management.
