Join us for Sunday Artists Reset , an intentional gathering designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through meditation, music, and connection.
We’ll explore powerful practices inspired by:
-Steven Pressfield's The Artist's Journey
-The four paths of yoga as written in the 108 Upanishads
-Kriya-based meditation and Advaita Vedanta philosophy
This group will feel like a think tank for artists and creators —a space to recharge and reconnect with the true nature of reality and creative flow. Through guided exercises, silence, and music, we’ll open a portal to the “void”—the blank canvas where infinite ideas are born.
After meditation, we’ll host a book swap . Bring a book to share, and take home one that inspires you. This group will serve as a space to share ideas, and also provide tools for meditation, as well as tools for creativity, manifestation, cultivating positive and creative energy, as well as mental health clarity.
