Unwind and find your flow with some woolly new friends! Our Sunday afternoon Llama Yoga session offers a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and animal-assisted joy.

The Experience

Trade the studio walls for the open air of the farm. As you move through a gentle, all-levels vinyasa flow, our friendly, curious llamas will roam among the mats. Whether they’re grazing nearby or pausing to offer a "llama blessing" (a gentle sniff), their calm presence helps lower stress and brings a playful energy to your practice.
