Step into the energy of the longest day of the year with us…June 21st, we gather in celebration, movement, and community to honor the Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga with a powerful and playful tradition: 108 Sun Salutations.
This is not just a practice… it’s an experience.
Guided by 5 incredible teachers (Kelly Nightingale, Debbie Smith, Courtney Newman, Kayla Eisener & Victoria Pulla), you’ll be led through this moving meditation in a way that feels accessible, and fun!

This is for everyone; all levels welcome! Modifications and rest are always encouraged; this is your practice.
What to Expect:

- WHERE: In the parking lot of Power Yoga Canada Durham (866 Taunton Road W, Oshawa)
- EARLY BIRD PRICE: $25+hst for the first 30 tickets!
- INVESTMENT: $35+hst
- A portion of proceeds will be donated to charity!

- WHAT TO WEAR: activewear (keep in mind we will be outside, so dress for the weather)
- WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, sweat towel, water
