This deep dive into Sun Salutations aims to give you a deeper understanding of the sequence on all levels. You will gain a deeper understanding of the alignment of the poses that constitute Sun Salutation sequence. You will learn about the mythological story behind the sequence to help you connect to its purpose and energetic quality. You will also be taught the differences between Hatha and Ashtanga vinyasa styles, giving you more clarity over this one-and-only yoga class staple. Sun salutations are complex, challenging, and they reveal layers and layers of depth even after years of practice, making this workshop a real treat, for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Eniko is a 500h qualified yoga teacher trained by Indian schools in Mallorca and Rishikesh. She is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing. Eniko has over 3 years and 1000 hours of teaching experience in both studio class and workshop settings. With Eniko's infectious energy and passion for yoga asana, philosophy, and anatomy, you are guaranteed to leave inspired and with your Sun Salutations taken to the next level.
