YEMANJO
Yemanjo is the artistic moniker of producer and multi-instrumentalist Ben Harris. Inspired by ethnic music from around the world and his own international travels, Harris concocts a unique and compelling fusion of downtempo, folktronica and organic house with influences from Latin America, Africa and beyond.
In performance, Yemanjo combines his original music with live singing in many languages, trumpet, percussion and other instruments in an electro-acoustic hybrid DJ/live set.
In an industry where so much music sounds the same and most DJs offer little in the way of performance value, Yemanjo brings a refreshing sonic diversity and decades of experience as a dynamic live performer and frontman.
OSIAH
Osiah is your dance doula - here to birth you into fully liberated ecstasy. His mixes are full spectrum experiences where no feeling is off limits. He takes you on a journey from stillness to chaos and then back home, telling a story through movement and sound, keeping you in that place beyond thought, in that present moment primal feeling, redefining what is holy, wholesome and spiritual. Come twerk yourself to freedom.
ATUM
Bridging worlds & weaving genres Atum invites us to expand our musical edges, inspire movement and simply have fun being human. With a zeal for quantum mechanics, healing arts and the way frequencies influence our somatic experience, Atum embodies these aspects through a unique creative voice. His sets are spectral melodic musings never lacking in depth of heart or mind; lucid yet wildly entertaining and certainly danceable. This avid music collector carefully crafts his sets with organic and instrumental touches; both treasuring the roots of music while celebrating the innovation technology has offered in order to orchestrate electronic soundscapes. These soundscapes will transport the crowd around the world promoting connectedness to self and others as they move and groove.

== A NOTE ON PRICING, ACCESSIBILITY & REFUNDS ==
Our finances work differently than other venues. We are an intimate, independent and non-alcoholic venue, which means we have to charge more for tickets to make our numbers work.
We love producing shows for the community -- and it's financially risky. We value both accessibility for the community and paying our artists & crew what they ask, while caring for the land as well. It's a continuous balancing act.
==> Low on cash?
If you’d like to join us but are low on cash, please email us at [email protected] & let us know what you CAN offer.
We reserve discounted spots available for those who need them, including BIPOC & economically disadvantaged groups.
==> Can you support?
Conversely, if you are in abundance & can offer extra, there is an optional "GRATUITY" on the ticket page. A $5 tip is automatically added but can be adjusted up, down or removed. Tips are shared equally amongst the crew. Thank you for helping make this dream work!
==> Financial Transparency
We know coming to our shows is an investment, of both your time and money. Here is a rough breakdown of where your money goes when you buy a ticket.
Of your $33 (assuming 100 tickets sold)
$13 covers artists guarantees
$12 goes to pay our community crew
$5 goes the venue
$3 covers credit card & ticketing fees
==> REFUNDS & RESALE: Refunds are not available. If you wish to re-sell, we recommend using the Facebook event page associated with this show. The Hawk also moderates a Telegram group. If you are buying tickets from people online, *please check with us first* to make sure they are genuine. Ticket scammers are becoming increasingly common on social platforms. We will not refund a ticket if you are scammed!
