Join Us. All are welcome.Sunday Community Vinyasa Yoga Classes held weekly at Casa in the Upper Dance Studio September 1 - May 31.
Select Sundays from June 1 till August 31, we practice on the North Lawn at Henderson Lake, weather and air quality permitting. When outdoor practice isn't possible, we move back to Dance Studio.
Suggested Cost:
Students (Ages 16+): $5 - $10
General Public: $10 - $15
Three methods of payment:
i) Folks can pay cash at venue,

Please note, these classes are made possible by a "pay what you can" system. If you are able to pay for class, please do.
This allows us to continue to be sustainable in a number of ways including holding a rental space year round and that our instructors are paid fairly for their time and energy.
If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us.
Bring your mat, water and maybe a pal.
