The following precincts will organize themselves during this, the second, of 2 sessions. If you want to participate but cannot make it, please send a PM and we will get it done! During Reorganization, Precinct Officers (President, County Executive Committeeman,
1st Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (optional)) will be elected, as well as the precinct delegates to the Sumter County Convention. Each precinct may elect as many delegates as listed below, PLUS the same number of alternates, if there are enough present to fill those positions who are willing to serve. These delegates will then serve at the County Convention to elect our County officers (Chairman, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Vice Chairmen and Executive Committeeman to the State Party. These delegates will also represent the County at the State Convention in May, where we will elect State GOP officers.
