Summer is the time to keep kids moving and learning!Our cheerful, creative, encouraging Coach Rachel is back for another season of summer fun!!
Saturdays and Sundays starting May 30th and running through July 19th will be filled with introducing the youngest in our fitness family (Ages 5-11) to new moves, challenges, exciting games, and all around readiness for life! It’s more than just summer camp its our way of ensuring the foundation of self-love, respect for others, building community, and focus on individual effort is built into each child from a young age. Our approach for kids may look different than adults but the results speak for themselves. <3
