On March 22, join us for Summit + Savor, a guided hike along the Fishkill Ridge Loop via Overlook and Fishkill Ridge Trail near Beacon, NY, followed by a well-earned Jamaican-style lunch to celebrate the day’s adventure.We’ll start our morning in NYC, then head north to the Hudson Valley for a scenic hike through forested ridges, rocky outcrops, and sweeping overlooks. This moderately challenging loop rewards every step with panoramic views of the Hudson River and beyond, a perfect mix of effort and serenity. After the hike, we’ll refuel and unwind with authentic Jamaican flavors: think jerk-spiced dishes, sweet plantains, and vibrant island sides.
EVENT DETAILS
10:00 AM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten
10:30 AM – Depart NYC
12:15 PM – Arrive at the trailhead in Beacon, NY
12:30 PM – Begin hike on the Fishkill Ridge Loop
3:30 PM – Finish hike and head to Jamaican lunch
5:00 PM – Depart back to NYC
7:00 PM – Approximate return to The Standard Biergarten
