Trained volunteer attorneys will be available to help you complete forms and discuss your questions concerning legal name change, birth certificate correction, and more from 10:00am until 3:00pm.Notaries will be available! Probate magistrates will also be able to process filings and issue orders on site!
There are costs associated with parking and legal filing fees: approximately $125.00 for name changes, $40.00 for birth record corrections, and $10.00 for parking.
Financial assistance will be available for those who qualify. Applications will be taken on site.
What to bring:
Government-issued photo ID*
Copy of birth certificate
Cash, check, or money order for the filing fee(s)
