Welcome to Summertime Selfcare - Yin / Restorative Yoga & Breathwork!Join us for a rejuvenating experience at Maple Leaf Counselling and Training Centre in Solihull, UK.
This event is all about taking care of yourself, unwinding, and finding inner peace. Our yin / restorative yoga and breathwork sessions will help you relax, recharge, and connect with your body and mind. Come and treat yourself to an evening of self-care and relaxation in a welcoming and peaceful environment. We can't wait to see you there!
Join Jayne for an hour of calming Outside Yin/Restorative Yoga & Breathwork to connect with your inner calm. (Weather permitting for outside, otherwise it will be in the Cabin).
No previous experience required.
Please wear comfortable & suitable clothing.
Please bring a Hoodie or something similar.
Please bring socks - just in case your toes get cold!
