Burning Rope were born from the ashes of multi award winning blues rock band Catfish, former members of which joined forces with the excellent guitarist Alex Voysey. They are now forging their own path, writing new original material together, and their debut album released in October 2025 was no 1 in the IBBA charts. With a mix of blues, blues rock and a splash of prog, they are a different animal to Catfish for sure but equally unique, and all excellent musicians.
